Today, I talked to Louisa Supervisor Duane Adams about his state Senate campaign. Adams is seeking the Republican nomination in the new SD-10 where there is no incumbent. The other Republicans currently seeking this nomination are state Del. John McGuire and Jack Dyer.
In this audio interview, Adams discusses his work on the Louisa County Board of Supervisors, why he is running for the state Senate now, why he believes he is the best Republican for this district, the latest news that Governor Youngkin wants schools to notify parents if they know their child is transgender, and more. Check it out at the link at the top of this email.
SD-10 has no incumbent due to redistricting. The district encompasses part of Hanover County, Powhatan County, part of Louisa County, Fluvanna County, Goochland County, Buckingham County, Appomattox County, Amelia County, part of Prince Edward County, and Cumberland County.
