Listen to Virginia Democrats as they respond to reports that Governor Glenn Youngkin may hold funds back from school districts if they do not comply with his Executive Order making masks optional.

Sen. Ghazala Hashmi (D-Chesterfield), Sen. Jennifer McClellan (D-Richmond), Del. Schuyler VanValkenburg (D-Henrico), and Del. Jeff Bourne (D-Richmond) responded on Tuesday to the assertion made by Lieutenant Governor Sears.

Youngkin’s office has not commented on the statement from Sears.
