Bagby is out

Del. Lamont Bagby is expected to drop out of the VA-04 Democratic nomination race and endorse Jennifer McClellan. This will set up what appears to be a two-person race for the nomination during next Tuesday’s firehouse primary. Joe Morrissey is the only other serious contender for the nomination at this time. Candidates have until 12 pm tomorrow to file.
