Democrats in the House of Delegates met Wednesday morning under contentious circumstances as members of their caucus were calling for changes in leadership.
Del. Don Scott sent a letter to his Democratic colleagues on Sunday night calling for a vote to remove Democratic Leader Eileen Filler-Corn and Caucus Chair Charniele Herring.
