Money in the House
Here are some of the fundraising numbers for the second half of 2022 from members of the House of Delegates who are facing competitive primaries later this year. Del. Kathy Tran’s campaign also provided poll numbers (conducted in October of last year) that show her in a matchup against Del. Eileen Filler-Corn (D). View it all below. (Numbers provided by VPAP.)
In case you missed the newsletter this morning, here are the fundraising numbers for candidates in competitive Senate primary races.
HD-18
Del. Kathy Tran (D) raised $288,719 and finished the year with $313,270 cash on hand.
Del. Eileen Filler-Corn raised $140,829 and finished the year with $685,232 cash on hand with her delegate account.
Filler-Corn’s PAC, Energized for Change, raised $22,129 during the final quarter of 2022 and reported having $486,663 cash on hand at the end of the year.

The poll was conducted three months ago between the dates of Oct. 4 and Oct. 22, 2022. Data for Progress conducted the survey of 343 likely Democratic primary voters in HD-18 using SMS, live caller, and web panel respondents. The sample was weighted to be representative of likely voters by age, gender, education, race, geography, and voting history. The survey has a margin of error of 6 points.
