Anderson doesn’t concede and says there are more votes to count
Eugene Vindman (D) is claiming victory in Virginia’s Seventh Congressional District, but his Republican opponent Derrick Anderson is not yet conceding.
VPAP is reporting that Vindman received 195,349 votes, and Anderson received 187,074, with zero early votes left to count.
