Senate advances a bill to permit 12 weeks of paid family leave
Senate Jennifer Boysko, D-Fairfax, is pushing legislation that would allow for 12 weeks of paid family or medical leave in Virginia. The Senate Commerce and Labor Committee advanced the bill on a party-line vote Monday afternoon.
